iQOO 15T Debuts in China With 144Hz 2K Display, 8000mAh Battery
The iQOO 15T has been launched in China. It features a 6.82-inch 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone has a 200MP primary camera.



The iQOO 15T was launched in China on Wednesday. It is now part of the company’s flagship family of smartphones, being positioned under the iQOO 15 and iQOO 15 Ultra. The device comes with a 6.82-inch 2K screen that boasts a 144Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset and operates on OriginOS 6 on top of Android 16. It features a dual rear camera with a 200-megapixel camera sensor.
As regards the iQOO 15T price in China, the base variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal memory is available for CNY 4,099 (approximately Rs. 58,000). It is also available in 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage configurations, priced at CNY 4,499 (approximately Rs. 64,000), CNY 4,799 (approximately Rs. 68,000), and CNY 5,199 (approximately Rs. 74,000), respectively. The top-end variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage is priced at CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs. 85,000). The handset is offered in Qingyun, Track Edition, and Legend Edition color options.
The dual-SIM iQOO 15T (Nano + Nano) runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It sports a 6.82-inch 2K resolution LTPO AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. For biometric security, the handset features a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
This latest flagship smartphone from iQOO is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition. The brand claims it is the first smartphone globally to launch with this processor. It is paired with a Q3 supercomputing chip that handles graphics-intensive tasks, along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 onboard storage.
