Hyundai Introduces BaaS Model for Creta Electric: Buy From ₹10.99 Lakh, Pay for Battery Separately
Creta Electric BaaS Plan: Hyundai has launched the Creta Electric with a new BaaS model, which will be available to customers for ₹10.99 lakh. It offers a range of 510 km, fast charging, and several features.



A BaaS ownership model has been introduced by Hyundai Motor India Limited for the Hyundai Creta Electric. From now on, people can purchase the Creta Electric from ₹10.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Battery EMIs start from ₹3.9 per km.
Other than the BaaS ownership model, Hyundai has introduced an integrated footstep for the Creta Electric that will make it easier to enter and exit the electric SUV and will enhance its aesthetics as well. A 7.4kW wall box charger will also be available with the HC variants.
With a full charge, the car is capable of driving up to 510 km (ARAI). It is available in two battery sizes, either 51.4 kWh or 42 kWh depending upon the need for long or short driving range. The charging time with DC fast charging is approximately 39 minutes from 10% to 80%.
The car features a single-pedal drive, allowing drivers to accelerate, decelerate, or even stop the car using just the accelerator pedal. It also features a Digital Key, allowing users to lock, unlock, and start the car using their smartphone. The long-range Creta Electric can accelerate from 0 to 100 km in just 7.9 seconds. The company also offers an 8-year or 160,000 km battery warranty.
