Become Job Creators, Not Job Seekers: Anuj Sharma at Global Icon Awards
BJP leader Anuj Sharma urged achievers to become job creators at the Inspiring Global Icon Awards Season 2, held in Delhi and organised by MS Global Entertainment.

BJP leader Anuj Sharma had a direct message for the achievers gathered in Delhi: stop looking for jobs and start creating them. Speaking as chief guest at the Inspiring Global Icon Awards – Season 2, held at the Constitution Club of India on June 28, he told the room that leaning on a salaried position was no longer enough.
Everyone present was already an expert in their field, Sharma said, but the moment called for more. He pushed the audience to launch ventures of their own and to hire four or five people each — a step he argued would lift both the individual and the country. To back small entrepreneurs, he added, the Modi government had strengthened the MSME department.
Sharma also leaned into the digital story. He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi with steering India toward a digital economy where, in his telling, most tasks now sit a single click away. He pointed the crowd to the Champion.com portal as a starting point for anyone wanting to set up a business, and said the government stood ready to step in if hurdles came up.
The evening, organised by MS Global Entertainment, honoured people who have made a mark across a wide sweep of sectors. Winners were recognised for knowledge, talent, leadership, innovation and service to society. Categories ran through education, health, business, industry, media, art and culture, social service, women's empowerment, science and technology, corporate leadership, sports, and the startup and entrepreneurship space.
