SIT on high alert after Prajwal's return, with 107 intellectuals from Karnataka calling for his arrest

The SIT looking into the obscene video scandal in Karnataka is on high alert due to rumors that JDS MP and major accused Prajwal Revanna intends to return to Bengaluru from Germany. According to Jagran sources, Prajwal Revanna had purchased a business class ticket from Deutsche Lufthansa Airline, which was scheduled to depart from Germany on Wednesday afternoon, for a sum of Rs 3.5 lakh.

Additionally, Prajwal canceled the ticket but did not request a refund, according to the information SIT has received. As a result, Prajwal might decide to board the aircraft at the last minute. Prajwal will arrive at Bengaluru International Airport's Terminal 2 if he boards the flight. SIT officials are ready to take him into custody and are on high alert after learning this information.

107 writers and thinkers of Karnataka have said that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah should immediately ensure the arrest of Prajwal Revanna. In this regard, he has written an open letter to the Chief Minister. It has been said in the letter that the gang rape incident is completely shameful and the civil society has bowed its head in shame. It is a crime to record and store approximately 2,900 videos and photos, threaten victims, and kidnap them. He has also expressed concern over the politicization of the matter.
