Ray of hope for LGBT community in Japan, court says ban on 'same-sex marriage' unconstitutional

A Japanese court has declared a ban on 'same-sex marriage' unconstitutional. Japan's Fukuoka District Court ruled on Thursday that not allowing 'same-sex marriage' is unconstitutional. Japan-based NHK broadcaster gave this information.
A week before this, a district court in Japan said on the matter that not allowing same-sex marriage is unconstitutional.
Explain that Japan does not recognize same-sex marriage. Also does not provide other equal rights protections for LGBTQ+ people. However, there is a glimmer of hope for LGBTQ+ communities in Japan. Japan now has five rules regarding same-sex marriage.
Here, a survey conducted in Japan shows that maintaining the ban on same-sex marriage in the country is detrimental to the community, as the lack of legal protection for same-sex marriage violates their human rights.
Additionally, opinion polls show that about 70 percent of Japan's public supports same-sex marriage, but Prime Minister Fumio Kishida's conservative ruling party opposes it.
The issue was also raised at the G-7 leaders' summit in Japan last month but to no avail. This issue was strongly questioned by G-7 countries including America, but Japanese PM Kishida kept silent on this and did not give any answer.
