Once again, a cold wave is expected to hit Rajasthan. The Meteorological Department said that the cold wave's effects would start from December 10th and its effect will be worse in the Shekhawati area and the areas around it. The Meteorological Department issued yellow alerts for Sikar, Churu, Jhunjhunu, and Nagaur starting from December 10th. The temperature will decrease by 1 or 2 degrees Celsius day by day. The estimation from the Jaipur Meteorological Centre stated that the weather will be dry and clear in other parts of the state for one week, while the other parts of the state, except the alerted areas, will be relieved from the cold wave.

The effects of the Western Disturbance ended on Monday, leading to clear skies and sunshine across the state. Bright sunshine led to a slight increase in maximum temperatures in several cities, including Pali, Kota, Baran, Pilani, and Jaipur. The highest temperature of the day was recorded in Barmer at 32.3 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Center, Jaipur, the minimum temperature in 19 cities on Monday was below 10 degrees Celsius. Fatehpur recorded the lowest temperature of 4.4 degrees Celsius. Jaisalmer saw a drop of 2.1 degrees to 9.8 degrees Celsius.
