Significant information regarding the Indigo flight from Chennai to Mumbai was discovered. A bomb threat was received by the Indigo flight bound for Mumbai early on Saturday morning. At around 7 am, Flight 6E 5314 departed from Chennai. It landed at about 8:45 a.m. at the airport in Mumbai. Officials at the airport moved quickly to take action. Every passenger had safely exited the aircraft. The entire aircraft is being searched right now.

According to media reports, there were 172 people on board the plane.

IndiGo issued a statement saying, that Indigo flight 6E 5314 going from Chennai to Mumbai has received a bomb threat. The crew followed the protocol upon landing in Mumbai. On the directions of the security agency, the plane was taken to a deserted place. All the passengers have safely disembarked from the plane. At present, the plane is being searched. After all the security checks are completed, the plane will be brought back to the terminal area.'

This is the third threat received by a flight in recent days. Earlier, a flight going from Delhi to Varanasi had received a similar threat. A similar case was also reported on a flight going from Delhi to Srinagar. Now on Saturday, a note of this type has been found in this flight going from Chennai to Mumbai. Security agencies have started investigating the matter.
