The Vivo X300 Ultra is likely to arrive next year as a successor to the Vivo X200 Ultra. So, it will obviously boast 2K resolution, similar to its predecessor. A tipster has shared this information via a social media post. Equipped with a flagship Snapdragon chipset, the device is an upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor powering the Vivo X200 Ultra. In addition, the sensors of the ultrawide, wide, and telephoto cameras will also be upgraded. Although the Vivo X200 Ultra had a single 200-megapixel telephoto camera, the Vivo X300 Ultra will boast dual 200-megapixel cameras on the back.

Tipster Digital Chat Station, in a translated post from Chinese on Weibo, has shared specifications for an 'Ultra' model. According to the tipster, the Vivo X300 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm's octa-core 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It may feature a 2K display slightly larger than 6.8 inches. The phone may feature a triple rear camera setup, consisting of two 200-megapixel cameras. The tipster says the phone will feature upgraded ultrawide, main, and 35mm periscope telephoto cameras.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is said to replace the Vivo X200 Ultra, which was launched in China in April this year. At that time, its starting price was CNY 6,499 (approximately Rs. 81,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The top variant, which came with a Photography Kit and offered 16GB RAM + 1TB storage, was priced at CNY 9,699 (approximately Rs. 1,21,000). The phone comes in Black, Red Circle, and Silver Tone (translated from Chinese) color options. However, it was not launched in India.

The Vivo X200 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 510ppi pixel density, and 4,500 nits peak brightness. It's powered by last year's flagship octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor from Qualcomm, paired with an Adreno 830 GPU and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It features a triple camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 200-megapixel telephoto camera.
