Union Law Minister said- this is the work of tukde-tukde gang, they are getting support from foreign opponents

Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said on Saturday that efforts are being made to tell the world that the Indian judiciary and democracy are in trouble. Tukde-tukde gang should better understand that now India is starting a new journey of development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
These gangs are supported by anti-India foreign organizations so that they can carry out direct attacks against India. That's why they attack the credibility of Indian Democracy, Government, Judiciary, Defence, Election Commission, and Investigative agencies.
Indian Judiciary cannot be questioned especially the wisdom of judges cannot be put to public scrutiny. The wisdom of judges is beyond public scrutiny. Rijiju said this at the Advocate Conference.
According to the news agency, Rijiju's remarks came after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's lecture at Cambridge University, in which Rahul had said that Indian democracy is under attack. He and many politicians are under surveillance. Rijiju said this is happening because some people do not know how the Indian judiciary works.
He said that it is not a good sign if the judiciary has to face any kind of criticism. The Judiciary should be far away from public criticism. The problem lies with the same group, which wants to force the judiciary to play the role of the opposition party. But Indian Judiciary will never accept it. I am sure the judiciary will oppose itself being forced into the opposition.
He said that efforts are being made both from inside and outside the country to tell the world that the Indian judiciary is in trouble. This is a deliberate attempt by some people. There is a group to tarnish the image of the country. No campaign with ill intention can succeed in defaming India and its democratic setup. The US may claim to be the oldest democracy, but India is actually the mother of democracy.
It is because of the constitution that the government believes that judges cannot be appointed through judicial orders. The opinion of the Executive and the Judiciary may sometimes differ because not all can have the same views.
Rijiju said that in the next session of Parliament, it has been proposed to repeal 65 unnecessary laws. So far 1,486 unnecessary laws have been removed. The government wants to make India safe and hence it has to make strict laws.
On the demand for a permanent bench of the High Court in western Odisha, he said the Center was ready to give its nod if the state government submitted a complete proposal.
