The police said that the accused youth was crossing the intersection along with a van. The traffic police home guard stopped him and asked him to show the vehicle documents. He got angry from this and started arguing with the home guard in anger. The matter escalated. Meanwhile, the accused youth took out a stick kept in the van and started beating the constable.
