Government is working on AI regulation framework draft, focus will be on these three points

It will be unveiled by the government by June or July of this year. This has happened at a time when worries about the rise in deepfakes and their negative effects are being voiced on a global scale. India has offered to take the lead in preparing this draft paper, Chandrashekhar stated, speaking at the NASSCOM Technology and Leadership Forum (NTLF) 2024 in Mumbai.
The IT Minister said that we hope that before June-July this year, a draft framework will be discussed and debated, and a mid-year GPAI (Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence) will be submitted.
