The cold wave is worsening in Rajasthan. The minimum temperatures are being registered below 10 degrees Celsius in many places, including Karauli, Pali, and Fatehpur. The cold winds have increased the cold effect in many eastern and northern districts of Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar, and Bharatpur. In spite of experiencing intense cold and sunny weather, people have not been finding relief from cold. According to Meteorological Center, Jaipur, the coming week will also see dry weather and cold. In the past 24 hours, all areas are experiencing clear weather and sunny skies. Sirohi experienced the coldest day in the state on Friday, recording a maximum temperature of only 21.2 degrees Celsius. Cold winds blowing from northern India have caused severe cold in the mornings and evenings in districts across northeastern Rajasthan. Karauli recorded a minimum temperature of 3.6 degrees Celsius, while Fatehpur saw a low of 4.6 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, there is little hope of relief from the cold in the coming days.
