Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge also made its appearance at the Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this year and also at MWC 2025. The new thin variant would probably join the Galaxy S25 lineup that includes the vanilla Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 +, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Although Samsung has not officially confirmed the release of the Galaxy S25 Edge yet, one tipster has disclosed the release schedule for the phone in India. The phone would probably sport a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and would have a dual rear camera setup.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) on X has claimed that the Galaxy S25 Edge will launch in India next month. Earlier leaks suggested an April 16 launch date for the phone. It is expected to launch in selected regions.

Further, in the comments section, the tipster opined that the Galaxy S25 Edge could be priced at around Rs 1,10,000. According to initial leaks, it could be available in the US for $999 (roughly Rs. 87,150).

Samsung showed off the Galaxy S25 Edge at the Galaxy Unpacked launch event in January and later at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025. It has a slim form factor and is said to be 8.3mm thick around the camera module. It is likely to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for a Galaxy processor like the Galaxy S25 family. It may feature a 6.66-inch display with 12GB of RAM and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is expected to have Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is likely to come with Android 15-based One UI 7 and support Galaxy AI features. The phone may be backed by a 3,900mAh battery, which will support 25W wired charging. According to the teaser, it will have a dual rear camera unit. The camera setup may include a 200-megapixel sensor and a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera. The phone is expected to weigh around 162 grams.
