Recruitment of cleaning staff will be done on the basis of interview-practical: Recruitment rules have been amended

The Autonomous Government Department has issued a revised release today for the recruitment of 13 thousand 184 sweepers in Rajasthan. After the amendment in the recruitment rules yesterday, the department has started the process of recruitment afresh. Online applications for this will be filled from June 20, while the last date for application is July 19.
A day before, the rules for the recruitment of cleaning staff at the Chief Minister's level were amended. In this amendment, the government made a big change and gave priority to Valmiki Samaj in recruitment. Apart from this, the candidate has also been asked to have one year's experience in cleaning work.
In the year 2018, when 11,000 sanitation workers were recruited in the state by the Vasundhara government, people were selected through a lottery. Category wise lottery was drawn for all the applications that had come. The one who succeeded was selected. Apart from Valmiki Samaj, people from other Samaj were also selected for this. This time the Gehlot government has changed it. The candidates who apply will be selected through interviews and practicals instead of a lottery. After applying, the candidate will be interviewed. After the interview, every candidate will be made practical, in which work from sweeping the road to cleaning the drains can be done.
Welcoming this amendment made by the government, the Valmiki society has expressed gratitude to the DLB director. A delegation led by Samyukt Valmiki and Safai Shramik Sangh Rajasthan President Nandkishore Dandoria reached the Directorate of Autonomous Governance today afternoon and expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister and the UDH Minister after meeting Director Hridesh Kumar there.
