Rape of a minor schoolgirl in Jaipur: The relatives left her after apologizing

Bajaj Nagar police arrested the neighbour accused of raping a minor schoolgirl in Jaipur on Sunday night. The family members of the victim had once released the accused after apologizing. Again the accused started molesting the minor daughter on the way. When the accused went to his house and protested, he was also assaulted. On April 1, the minor victim lodged a report at the Bajaj Nagar police station.
Police said that a 15-year-old girl resident of Bajaj Nagar had lodged the report. It was told in the complaint that the 23-year-old knew the accused because of his being near the colony. About a year ago she was returning home from school. During this, the accused neighbour met him on the way. He seduced her and took her with him, where he raped her. After coming home, the victim told her family members. The relatives went to the house of the accused neighbour to protest. The relatives returned after the accused apologized.
Now trying to talk again. On the way, he molested me and started asking for my mobile numbers. Due to fear, the victim tried to commit suicide. Thinking about the family members, the minor victim told about the misdeeds of the accused at home. When his relatives went to the house of the accused to protest, they thrashed him. Pushed out. Threatened to kill. On the complaint of the minor victim, the police registered a report under the POCSO Act. The police took action and arrested the accused on Sunday night.
