Acquaintance raped a minor in Jaipur: Kidnapped on the pretext of meeting, relatives kept searching for 3 hours

A case of raping a minor of an acquaintance has come to light in Jaipur. On the pretext of the meeting, the accused kidnapped and raped the minor. The relatives kept searching for the missing daughter for about 3 hours. A case was registered at the Pratap Nagar police station after the minor daughter returned home after narrating her ordeal. The police have started the investigation by registering a report under the POCSO Act. SHO Manvendra Singh is investigating the case.
Police said that a person resident of Pratap Nagar has lodged the report. Told in the complaint that his 14-year-old daughter was raped by an acquaintance. Being a friend of the father of the accused, there was frequent movement at home. Due to acquaintance, the accused also used to come to the house. Because of this, he had a conversation with the members of the house. The minor daughter went missing from the house at around 9:30 pm on 7th April. Along with searching around, he was searched for relatives and acquaintances.
Even after searching here and there for about 3 hours, the minor daughter could not be found. The daughter returned home at around 1 night. On being asked after pacifying the family members, they told that the accused acquaintance had called him on the pretext of meeting him. After the kidnapping, the accused took her with him, where he raped her. Even before this, the accused had raped her several times. On narrating the incident of the victim, the relatives went to the police station and got a case registered against the accused.
