Rajasthan: Two more arrested in 2018 Jail Prahari exam question paper leak case, TCS project manager was involved
Rajasthan: The Special Operation Group (SOG) has made a shocking disclosure in the Jail Prahari Recruitment Exam 2018 paper leak case. The project manager of the exam conducting company TCS had leaked the paper before the exam.

Special Operation Group (SOG) has arrested two persons, including TCS exam conducting company's project manager Jagjit Singh, in the paper leak case. Jagjit had leaked the paper of Jail Prahari Recruitment-2018. He had procured the paper for Rs 60 lakh through his engineer friend. SOG has arrested 15 persons in this case so far and has sent them to jail.
SOG ADG VK Singh said that Jagjit Singh was arrested by SOG. He was currently living in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Karan Kumar, a resident of Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), has also been arrested. Who was living in Dehradun Kotwali. The accused Jagjit was produced in the court, from where he has been sent to a 12-day remand. Devvatta, an accused in the paper leak case, has been arrested by SOG from Chennai, whom SOG will bring to Jaipur by late evening.
During the interrogation of accused Karan, SOG received the information of TCS project manager Jagjit leaking the paper. TCS company was responsible for leaking the paper. The SOG team gathered information on Jagjit. On the night of 23 March, Jagjit was arrested by raiding Noida. Jagjit confessed to transacting the paper with Karan through a friend named Devvatta, a resident of Haryana.
Additional Director General of SOG VK Singh said that earlier SOG had arrested an accused named Sandeep Kadian in this case. During interrogation, he said that he had met Karan in Jamshedpur regarding obtaining the answer key of the exam. Based on this information, Karan was arrested from Dehradun on 23 March.
The officer further said that Jagjit had provided the leaked question paper to Karan, and both are being questioned. The online exam for direct recruitment of jail guards was conducted in October 2018. In this case, the SOG has so far arrested 19 accused, including the mastermind, broker, and jail guards.
