Rajasthan IAS Transfer List: The Rajasthan government has made a major administrative reshuffle, transferring 48 IAS officers. Shikhar Agarwal was removed from the CMO position and transferred to the Industries Department, while Akhil Arora became the new ACS. Several senior officers were given new departments.

Bureaucratic changes began since the arrival of the new Chief Secretary in Rajasthan. In a major transfer, the state government transferred 48 IAS officers late Friday night. In that, the major change comes into view regarding a change in the Chief Minister's Office (CMO). As per reports, Chief Minister's ACS Shikhar Agarwal was taken away from the post and sent to the Industries Department. Subsequently, ACS of the Water Supply Department, Akhil Arora has become the new ACS to the Chief Minister. This reshuffle at the CMO, after the new Chief Secretary V. Srinivas assumed office, is being taken as a big political and administrative signal. Roadways MD Purushottam Sharma is given an additional responsibility and he has also been assigned the charge of Transport Commissioner.

Expanding the purview of PWD ACS Praveen Gupta, the government also appointed him as the Tourism, Arts and Culture Secretary, RTDC Chairman, and CEO of the Amer Development Authority. This is considered the biggest promotion in this reshuffle.

Alok Gupta, Principal Secretary of the Industries Department, BIP, has been removed and appointed Chairman of the Pollution Control Board. Shikhar Agarwal has been appointed in his place in the Industries Department.

Rajesh Yadav, Principal Secretary of the Tourism and Arts and Culture Departments, has been removed and appointed Director General of HCM RIPA. This is being considered a major transfer from the Secretariat.

Naveen Jain has been removed from Finance Expenditure and transferred to the GAD and Cabinet Secretariat. Health Secretary Gayatri Rathore has been promoted and given the responsibility of Medical Education. Tina Soni has been appointed as Finance Expenditure Secretary, and Rajan Vishal has been appointed Secretary, Budget.

Manju Rajpal has been given the important portfolios of the Agriculture and Horticulture Department and Seed Corporation Chairman, along with the Cooperative Department and Registrar.

Bhawani Singh Detha was removed from the Food Department and posted to Women and Child Development. Ravi Jain was retained in the Self-Governance Department and given the additional responsibilities of DLB ​​Commissioner and JCTCL Chairman. Dr. Ravi Surpur was removed from the position of Chairman of the Pollution Control Board and appointed Secretary of the IT Department.

GAD Secretary Jogaram has been appointed Secretary and Commissioner of the Revenue and Panchayati Raj Department. Ambrish Kumar has been transferred from Medical Education to the Food and Civil Supplies Department.
