The Supreme Court has given a big relief to Baba Ramdev today in the Patanjali misleading advertisement case. The court has closed the defamation case after accepting the apology of Baba Ramdev and Patanjali Ayurveda Limited in the case of giving misleading advertisements about Patanjali products. On May 14, the apex court had reserved its order on the contempt notice.

The Supreme Court has given relief to Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna in the Patanjali 'misleading advertisement case'. The court has closed this defamation case.
The court has closed the defamation case after accepting the apology of Baba Ramdev and Patanjali Ayurveda Limited in the case of giving misleading advertisements about Patanjali products.
"The court has dropped the contempt proceedings on the basis of the undertakings given by Ramdev, Balkrishna, and Patanjali Ayurveda Ltd. On May 14, the apex court had reserved its order on the contempt notice," said advocate Gautam Talukdar, representing yoga guru Balkrishna and the company.
