Income Tax Raid: Income Tax Department on Thursday (October 5) morning conducted searches at more than 40 locations linked to DMK MP S Jagathrakshakan. Income Tax Department officials conducted a search operation in T-Nagar in Chennai. Earlier, on Wednesday (October 4), the Enforcement Directorate raided the official residence of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, after which he was arrested.

The Income Tax Department on Thursday (October 5) morning conducted searches at more than 40 locations linked to DMK MP S Jagathrakshakan. Income Tax Department officials conducted a search operation in T-Nagar, Chennai. Earlier on Wednesday (October 4), the Enforcement Directorate raided the official residence of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, after which he was arrested.
According to initial information, Income Tax Department officials are searching more than 40 locations of MP S Jagathrakshakan.
According to sources of news agency PTI, searches are being conducted at many places including some educational institutions of Jagathrakshakan. S Jagathrakshakan is the Lok Sabha MP from Arakkonam.
