'My arrival to the dargah with the PM's chaadar answered those who claimed the temple in Ajmer Sharif', Rijiju said
Kiren Rijiju on Ajmer Sharif: Union Minister Kiren Rijiju today offered a chaadar on behalf of PM Modi at Ajmer's Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti Dargah. Along with this, he said that when I have come to the dargah with the Prime Minister's chaadar, then those who have a different claim on the dargah have automatically got the answer. Rijiju's statement is being considered in support of Mohan Bhagwat.
Union Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Saturday offered a chaadar on the Mazar Sharif on behalf of Prime Minister Modi at Ajmer's Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti Dargah. On this occasion, Rijiju said that when I have come to the dargah with the Prime Minister's chaadar, then those who have a different claim on the dargah have automatically got the answer.
Rijiju's statement is being considered in a way in support of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. Recently, Mohan Bhagwat said that it is not right to raise temple-mosque disputes every day. He had said that no one would become a leader of Hindus by doing this.
Rijiju said that there is no scope for dispute over Ajmer Dargah. Since the Dargah Committee which makes internal arrangements in the Dargah comes under my ministry, therefore our effort is to provide maximum facilities to the pilgrims coming to the Dargah for pilgrimage.
On this occasion, Rijiju also read out the message of PM Modi. Modi described the teachings of Khwaja Saheb as harmonious and wished for peace in the country. On this occasion, Rijiju said that not only Muslims but people of all religions like Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, etc. come to Khwaja Saheb's Dargah, hence the Dargah is considered an example of communal harmony.
He admitted that the pilgrims coming at present face many difficulties. An action plan has been prepared in view of the problems of the pilgrims. He said that efforts are being made continuously under the leadership of PM Modi to maintain a good atmosphere in the country.
As the Union Minister Kiren Rijiju reached the Dargah, he was received by Sarwar Chishti, Secretary, Anjuman Syed Zadgan-an organization of Khadims, and the officials of Sheikh Zadgan. Dargah Committee officials were also present on this occasion.
Sufi Samvad Abhiyan National Co-incharge and Khadim of Dargah Syed Afshan Chishti welcomed the minister also. Rijiju offered the Chaadar, brought by PM Modi to be offered at Mazar Sharif in Sufi tradition at Dargah. Upon reaching Dargah, he was greeted at Dargah Gate by its Diwan Representative Syed Nasiruddin Chishti also welcomed Rijiju there. Later the Dargah representatives performed turban-tying for Rijiju. Khadim Syed Afshan Chishti did a Ziyarat ceremony for him.
A case has been filed in the Civil Court of Ajmer, by the National President of Hindu Sena Vishnu Gupta over the existence of a Shiva temple in Khwaja Saheb's Dargah. In this case, the court has issued notices to the Union Ministry of Minority Affairs, Dargah Committee, and Archaeological Department. Hindu Sena President Vishnu Gupta had written to Prime Minister Modi not to send chaadar this time to the dargah.
Along with this, Gupta had also filed a petition in the civil court demanding a ban on the PM's chaadar. Gupta said that when the matter is pending in the court, the Prime Minister of the country should not send a chaadar during Urs. Gupta said that if a chaadar is sent by the Prime Minister this time too, it will affect the case going on in the court.
