Clear Skies and Dry Conditions Expected to Push Rajasthan Temperatures Higher
Rajasthan Weather: Warm weather is currently normal in Rajasthan, but the impact of the heatwave is expected to intensify next week. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in eight districts. Temperatures in western Rajasthan have reached close to 43 degrees and may rise further in the coming days.



While heat has already been prevalent in Rajasthan, according to the Meteorological Department, a severe increase in temperatures may be seen soon, with a possible heatwave starting next week. A yellow warning has been announced by the Meteorological Center for a heat wave in eight districts on Sunday. According to the Meteorological Center, rainfall is unlikely within the next four days, with clear skies increasing daytime temperature rapidly.
While the maximum temperatures recorded in most cities on Saturday were mostly around average or slightly lower, the temperature in Sikar, Hanumangarh, Jalore, and Sirohi was under 40°C. Meanwhile, in Bikaner, Churu, Barmer, and Jaisalmer, the maximum temperature ranged between 40°C and 43°C.
Western Rajasthan was the worst affected by the heatwave. Phalodi was the hottest city in the state, recording a maximum temperature of 43.2 degrees Celsius. Barmer, on the other hand, reached 42.8 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the heatwave's impact may intensify in the western districts in the coming days.
