Motorola Edge 60 may be launched soon; Know the upcoming features

Motorola Edge 60 series can launch along with Motorola Razr 60 series and Motorola Edge 60 Pro at the next launch event by the company on April 24. A tipster has leaked the key Motorola Edge 60 specifications along with the company's promotional materials. As per the leaked information, the phone is reported to feature a 6.7-inch pOLED display, along with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is said to be launched with Android 15. The phone may feature a 50-megapixel rear camera, a 50-megapixel front camera, along with a 5,200mAh battery.

Leaked images shared by tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) on X (formerly Twitter) indicate that the Motorola Edge 60 is going to be closely similar to the Motorola Edge 50. The camera modules on the elevated island of the back panel of the new device are the same size. According to the image, a 68W charger, a USB cable, and a phone cover can be found in the box with the phone.

A picture shared by Blass reveals the specifications of the upcoming Motorola Edge 60. It can come equipped with the Dimensity 7300 processor introduced by MediaTek in May 2024. It can be accompanied by up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. These configurations may vary depending on the region where the phone will be launched.

The Motorola Edge 60 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K (2,712x1,220 pixels) pOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Renders shared by the tipster suggest that the handset will have a curved display. The handset is expected to run on Android 15 out of the box.

The latest leak also suggests that the Motorola Edge 60 will feature a 50-megapixel rear camera with a Sony Lytia 700C sensor. The rest of the rear cameras are not known, but the phone is said to have a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

The upcoming Edge 60 handset from Motorola is expected to feature a 5,200mAh battery. The phone is shown with a 68W charger, and leaked images suggest that it will have MIL-STD 810H certification. The Motorola Edge 60 is expected to debut alongside the Motorola Edge 60 Pro and Motorola Razr 60 series on April 24 and more details about these handsets could be revealed in the coming days.
