According to news agency ANI, quoting government sources, under this deal, India will receive 22 single-seat and four twin-seat aircraft. This deal will benefit in modernizing the Rafale aircraft fleet of the Indian Air Force as well. Rafale-M fighter jets will be inducted into the Indian Navy aircraft fleet.
The Rafale-M fighter aircraft will be fitted with cutting-edge technology and capability such as Indian Air Force's Rafale aircraft made by French company Dassault Aviation.
