UK: Indian citizen defrauded American telephone providers and insurance companies, punishment to be decided on January 3
UK: Parag Bhavsar, 42, of Newark, was accused of submitting fraudulent claims to obtain cellular replacement equipment and using a fake identity to sell the equipment outside the US, US Attorney Philip R. An Indian citizen has been convicted in Washington for cheating and fraud.
