Indian cricketer reached the police station after being threatened by his girlfriend, said - Sir, please save me... she will end my career

An Indian cricketer, who has played for Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League, has filed a complaint against his ex-girlfriend in the police station. The cricketer has accused his girlfriend of threatening to end his cricket career. He alleges that she is threatening his entire family, including his parents and elder brother, of dire consequences if they do not comply. Let us tell you that the girl against whom the cricketer has filed a complaint had also filed a police complaint against him about a year ago with serious allegations like forced abortion.

The name of this 29-year-old cricketer is KC Cariappa, who lives in the Ramaiya Layout of Nagasandra. In the complaint lodged at the Bagalagunte police station, KC said that he had become friends with a 24-year-old girl from Kodagu. As the period of meetings increased, friendship turned into love. But, when he came to know that the girl was addicted to alcohol, he broke the relationship.

Although he tried to convince her to give up alcohol, she did not agree. KC alleged that now she is threatening to ruin her cricket career by committing suicide by leaving a suicide note in my name. In this matter, a senior police officer said that a case has been registered on the complaint of Cariappa.

Earlier, on December 31, 2022, the girl had also filed a complaint against KC Cariappa at Bagalagunte police station. The girl alleged that first he had sexual relations with her and then in September 2022, she was forcibly aborted by giving her pills.

Divya told TOI that KC told her to hush up the matter by saying that he would marry her. When I did not provide any evidence the police filed a B report. The girl said that she was not aware of the complaint against her, but she was ready to fight it. On Saturday, the girl complained to KC Cariappa at RT Nagar police station.

KC Cariappa is a mystery spinner. He was bought by KKR for Rs 2.4 crore in IPL 2015 when no one knew him. Before that, Cariappa had neither played any first-class nor any List-A match. But, he could not do anything special in that IPL. After this, in IPL 2021, Rajasthan Royals bought KC for the base price of Rs 20 lakh. Cariappa has taken 8 wickets in a total of 11 IPL matches so far.
