How the research was done - This Finland-based study selected a total of 4630 men and women and asked them some questions about their health behavior, their weight, their height, and their blood pressure. His blood and urine samples were also taken for the test. The participants were observed for 12 years and the risk of cardiac attack due to salt consumption was also studied.
