Firing at Mexico City Hall: Gangsters shot and killed 18 people, including the mayor

Gunmen shot and killed 18 people, including Mayor Conardo Mendoza, in the southern Mexican city of Totolepan. In view of the law and order situation after the incident, the army has been deployed in the city.
According to a BBC report, miscreants opened fire indiscriminately on Thursday at the City Hall of San Magul Totolepan, Mexico. The shooting caused chaos in and around City Hall. Some police personnel have also been killed in the attack.
The report claimed that Mendoza's father and former mayor John Acosta was also taken to City Hall and killed. The suspicion of the attack has gone to the Los Tecolores gang. The gang had announced a return to Tetelopan a few days before the attack.
This is the third incident of shooting in Mexico City within 15 days. On September 21, 10 people were killed in an attack in Guanzato. On October 2, one person was killed and six people were injured in a shootout in Jepopen.
