Deepika Padukone gave an interview to TIME magazine: It is important to have patience in a relationship, Ranveer gives more importance to my career
Recently, Deepika Padukone spoke to TIME magazine about her relationship and career with Ranveer Singh. During the conversation, she told that the most important thing about their relationship is that she does not feel ashamed to express her weakness in front of Ranveer.
However, patience is something that he is still working on.
In an interview with Time magazine, Deepika told that like everyone else, patience is of utmost importance in her and Ranveer's relationship. Deepika said- The kind of movies we watch in the environment in which we grow up in childhood, later on, we start expecting the same things in our relationships, whether our experience has been good or bad.
Having patience in a relationship is something that we can learn from our elders, and from our parents. Me and Ranveer have also learned from our parents how important it is to have patience. Still, we need to work more on this.
Deepika further told- The sooner you understand that everything cannot happen to you, as it is shown in films or as you have thought, it cannot happen to anyone.
Real life is very different from movies. You must be thinking that I am talking like a love guru but really I believe that today's young couples lack a lot of patience.
During the interview, Deepika also talked about marriage and career. Deepika said- Earlier after marriage the scope of acting used to reduce but now things have started changing. Once an actress got married or became a mother, it was believed that her career was over. I am very lucky in this matter. Ranveer has not only helped me with every decision related to my personal life, but he is also my biggest cheerleader. He has always given importance to me, my career, and my dreams.
Deepika-Ranveer started dating during the shooting of the film Ramleela. After this, both appeared together in Bajirao Mastani and Padmavat. Deepika-Ranveer got married in 2018.
