The IPO of technology company Techknowgreen Solutions Limited is going to open on Monday (September 18, 2023). This will be an SME IPO. Through this, the company aims to raise Rs 16.72 crore. The price band of this IPO has been fixed at Rs 86 per share, while its face value is Rs 10 per share.
In the IPO of Techknowgreen Solutions Limited, 19.44 lakh shares will be sold under the fresh issue. Its value is around Rs 16.72 crore. Its lot size has been fixed at 1600 shares. A retail investor will have to bid at least Rs 1,37,600 in this IPO. HNI investors will have to buy at least 3200 shares i.e. two lots at a time.
The SME IPO will close on September 21 and will be on the BSE MME platform. Its probable date of listing is 29th September.
