Before PM visits Bikaner, sub-committee meeting called for big decision on SI recruitment soon
Rajasthan News: A day before the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Rajasthan, the government can take a big decision in the paper leak case of SI Recruitment 2021. After the reprimand of the High Court on Thursday, the government had said to call a meeting of the Cabinet Sub Committee on May 21, but now this meeting has been done on May 20 itself.

Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, is visiting Rajasthan's city of Bikaner on May 22. Preparations for his visit are being made. Meanwhile, the government is also set to take a major decision in the SI recruitment paper leak case. The meeting of the Cabinet Sub Committee which was decided to be held on May 21 has now been scheduled for May 20.
The government was rebuked on Thursday in the SI Recruitment 2021 paper leak case. If a decision in the case is not made in time, then the government will have to bear the brunt of it, said Justice Sameer Jain. The hearing has been scheduled for May 26.
The state government's Additional Advocate General Vigyan Shah informed the court that on May 13 the meeting of the Cabinet Sub Committee was convened but many members were not present as it was the day of 'Operation Sindoor.' Hence, the meeting date was scheduled for May 21, now changed to May 20.
In the last hearing, the government had said that the Cabinet Sub Committee meeting would be held on May 13, but on that day only Chairman Jogaram Patel and member Manju Waghmar were present, the rest of the members could not come. Therefore, the next meeting has been scheduled on May 20 at the Secretariat. The High Court has also given a deadline of May 15 to decide on this matter.
