Amazfit introduced a screenless smart band, can compete with WHOOP 5.0

Amazfit has released another smart wearable, but this one is not a smartwatch but rather a health band. It is the Amazfit Helio Strap, which is screenless and smart, and is specifically aimed at fitness and biometric metrics alone. There's also a limited version called HYROX Edition, which has been created in association with the world's best athletes. It's comparable to WHOOP 5.0, which is more oriented towards tracking health and recovery.

At first glance, Helio Strap is apparently a minimalist fitness band. Don't be fooled, though. There's actually a hidden screen inside the strap, which keeps things under wraps and monitors everything from heart rate to sleep pattern.

This strap continuously monitors your vitals throughout the day. It gives detailed feedback through the Zepp app. It has integration with Strava, TrainingPeaks, and Adidas Running, which makes it ideal for serious athletes.

Its most special feature is the new BioCharge system. Amazfit says that this is an energy monitoring feature, which calculates your energy levels throughout the day. Based on this, it suggests personalized training and recovery plans. This is especially for athletes who want better recovery and smart training.

The Helio Strap HYROX Edition is specially designed for HYROX Elite 15 athletes. It has been developed in collaboration with the world's fittest people. This version has HYROX Race Mode, PFT Mode, and automatic strength training detection. It is a powerhouse for high-intensity fitness tracking.

Talking about the battery, Amazfit promises up to 10 days of battery life. This is impressive for full-time health tracking. Pricing has not been revealed yet, but the Helio Strap is being teased on Amazfit's social channels.
