On the other hand, today a team of women MPs who reached Kotri from Delhi also revealed the identity of the victim. The official WhatsApp group was formed by the BJP to give information to the media. The identity of the father of the minor in that group was revealed from the photographs shared with the delegation of women MPs to brief the media.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's Special Officer Lokesh Sharma said that this irresponsible attitude of the BJP on such a sensitive issue shows how they are politicizing the issue. He has demanded the resignation of state president CP Joshi, and women MPs Loket Chatterjee, Rekha Verma, and Saroj Pandey.
He said that the Rajasthan government is fully sensitive to the Bhilwara Kotdi issue. The police, showing readiness, immediately arrested the accused. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has also instructed the police to present the challan in this matter as soon as possible. Lokesh Sharma alleged that BJP leaders are pretending to meet the victim's family in Kotri to give political color in the election year.
Four women MPs of the team constituted by BJP National President JP Nadda reached Kotri in Bhilwara today regarding this matter. Women MPs include Saroj Pandey, Kanta Kardam Jatav, Rekha Verma and Loket Chatterjee.
A team of women MPs visited the spot today and also met the victim's family. At the same time, information was also taken from the police officers about the investigation done so far. This team of women MPs will submit its report to BJP National President JP Nadda. During this, National Minister Alka Gurjar and BJP Mahila Morcha State President Raksha Bhandari also accompanied the central team.
