Mumbai Police arrested a 25-year-old man for misbehaving with the cabin crew on an Air India Express flight from Kozhikode to Bahrain. After misbehaving with the cabin crew, the accused was trying to open the door of the plane. The accused has been identified as Abdul Musavir Nadukandi. The accused was handed over to the police after the plane made an emergency landing at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai.
Kerala is where the accused Nadukandi resides. He got up from his seat, went to the back, and began attacking the cabin crew after the plane took off from Kozhikode. From there, he attempted to open the plane's door. According to an official, the accused also threatened to open the emergency door and misbehaved with other passengers.
The pilot made an emergency landing at the Mumbai airport out of fear for his safety, and he notified the security personnel of the event. The Indian Penal Code's sections 336, 504, 506, and 323 have been used to file a case against the defendant.
