Talked to the MLA in front of the victim while committing gang rape under pretext of receiving a councillor ticket
Jaipur News: A woman in Jaipur has accused three youths of gangraping her on the pretext of getting her a councilor ticket from the Congress party.

A woman living in the capital Jaipur alleged that three youths gang-raped her with the promise of giving her a councilor ticket for the Congress party. According to the girl, she was first taken to a hotel and tricked and given laced food containing intoxicants. Thereafter, three of them gang-raped her while she was unconscious. The victim approached police station Sindhi Camp and registered a complaint.
Sindhi Camp police station states that a 35-year-old woman hailing from Jaipur has filed a complaint against three alleged persons. The woman had been involved with the Congress party for quite a while. She claimed to have met a person named Bablu at some time.
Further told that Bablu told the girl that he has good relations with the leaders of the Congress party and said that he would help her. On 9th April, the accused Bablu called her to meet him at a hotel on Station Road on the pretext of talking about the ticket for the post of councilor. When she reached the hotel at around 7:30 in the evening, two of his acquaintances Wasim and Munna were also present with accused Bablu.
The victim alleged that Bablu called a Congress MLA in front of her and talked on loudspeaker. During this, the MLA said that he was in Rahul Gandhi's program. The accused stopped her by saying that he would call back after some time.
The girl further said that the accused deceitfully mixed intoxicants in her food and made her eat it. Then the three accused gang-raped her in an unconscious state. The next day, when she regained consciousness, the accused threatened her when she protested. On Friday night, the victim registered a case of gang rape against the three accused in Sindhi Camp police station. The police have started an investigation.
