Jaipur News: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate an exhibition on new criminal laws in Jaipur today. He will also perform the groundbreaking ceremony for an investment of Rs 4 lakh crore and lay the foundation stone for development projects worth Rs 9,300 crore. Uniforms and milk subsidy funds will also be distributed.

Amit Shah to Launch Exhibition on New Criminal Laws; ₹9,300 Crore Projects to Be Inaugurated in Jaipur

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is expected to arrive in Jaipur today. All eyes are on Shah's visit. It is reported that, in addition to the announced official program, Shah may also hold a feedback meeting with Rajasthan BJP officials. According to the proposed program, Shah will inaugurate an exhibition starting today at the JECC in Sitapura on the new criminal laws that came into effect in the country on July 1st- the Indian Penal Code, the Indian Civil Defense Code, and the Indian Evidence Act.

Preparations have been completed at the government level for Shah's visit. On Sunday, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma visited the exhibition site and reviewed the preparations. He directed officials regarding the provision of drinking water, parking, seating arrangements, and other necessary facilities. Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant and Director General of Police Rajiv Sharma, along with senior officials, were present.

Amit Shah will be joined by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Rajasthan High Court Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, along with several other dignitaries, at the inaugural session of the event. Union ministers will perform groundbreaking ceremonies for investment proposals worth ₹4 lakh crore. In addition, foundation stones and inaugurations for development projects worth over ₹9,300 crore will be laid.
