Soniya Bansal Eliminated from 'Bigg Boss 17', Desires Wildcard Return

In a dramatic turn of events, actress Soniya Bansal became the inaugural eviction from the 17th season of 'Bigg Boss.' Expressing her desire for a potential comeback as a wildcard entry, she explained that there were many unexplored aspects of the game she wished to pursue. The 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episode of 'Bigg Boss' was filled with high-intensity drama and suspense, making it an emotional rollercoaster for both viewers and contestants.

Megastar and show host Salman Khan revisited the heated clashes that had transpired among the housemates, as the ominous threat of eviction loomed over the contestants. The nominated individuals, including Sunny Arya, Soniya, Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, and Sana Raees Khan, were prepared to bid farewell to the iconic house.

In a stunning twist, Salman Khan revealed the results of the public vote, which placed Sana and Soniya as the bottom two contestants. The decision regarding their fate rested in the hands of the housemates, who had to determine who would continue residing in the "master's mohalla" and who would be the first to make an abrupt exit. Unfortunately for Soniya, the housemates' votes fell short, leading to her elimination and making her the initial victim of what some considered favoritism among her so-called friends.

Throughout her two-week journey on the show, Soniya captivated the audience with her dance skills and charismatic presence. She developed friendships with Firoza Khan (Khanzaadi), Aishwarya Sharma, Neil, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Isha Malviya, and Abhishek Pandey.

Expressing her disappointment over the eviction, Soniya stated, "I consider my eviction unfair. I am eager to return as a wildcard contestant to explore the unfinished aspects of my journey on the show."

Soniya's time on the show was marred by conflicts, including a recent fallout with Sana after supporting Abhishek Pandey, which resulted in heated confrontations. She also engaged in passive-aggressive exchanges with Mannara Chopra, contributing to the tension in the house.

Commenting on Mannara as a contestant, Soniya remarked, "She befriends people, then speaks ill of them and misbehaves. I believe it's all part of her strategy for gaining attention. Mannara often claims that her family is her Achilles' heel. If she is 'faking it till she makes it' in the house, then Soniya confirmed, "Yes, certainly. In her interviews, she mentions that she is Priyanka Chopra's sister. That's why she uses hashtags to garner attention."

Soniya was closely associated with the couple Ankita and Vicky, addressing rumors about their relationship. She clarified, "I wasn't particularly close to Vicky, but I had a better rapport with Ankita. Their personal life is harmonious, with minor misunderstandings arising due to time constraints. Vicky's attention to others sometimes impacts his ability to give Ankita the time she deserves."
