RCB won the toss against Gujarat Giants in WPL 2025, decided to field

The third season of the Women's Premier League is starting with a match between Gujarat Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The toss was in favor of Royal Challengers Bangalore against Gujarat Giants, and they opted to bat first.

This match is to be hosted at Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara. The team captaincy of Royal Challengers Bangalore is in the hands of Smriti Mandhana, while that of Gujarat Giants is in the hands of Ashley Gardner.
