Rajasthan Weather: Clear Days Ahead, Then Chances of Rain With Western Disturbance
Rajasthan Weather: A western disturbance in Rajasthan on February 17-18 is expected to bring clouds and light rain to the Jaipur and Bikaner divisions. Previously, the state has experienced increased heat, with temperatures in Barmer reaching 35 degrees Celsius. Days will be hot in many cities, while mornings and evenings remain cold in Shekhawati.
A western disturbance has been forecast to develop in Rajasthan on February 17 and 18. This would lead to cloudy conditions and light rain in some areas of the Jaipur and Bikaner divisions. On Saturday, the maximum temperature rose to 35 degrees Celsius in Barmer. This temperature is usually recorded after February 20. In the past 24 hours, the weather remained clear and sunny during the day.
According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Phalodi, Bikaner, Churu, Nagaur, Chittorgarh, Jalore, Lunkaransar, Pali, and Dungarpur also experienced heat during the day, with temperatures reaching 30 to 33 degrees Celsius. Although the daytime heat is increasing, mornings and evenings remain cold in the Shekhawati region. Fatehpur recorded a minimum temperature of 4.5 degrees Celsius and Sikar 6.5 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain clear until February 16th, with sunshine during the day and mild cold in the mornings and evenings. Following this, a western disturbance will bring a change in the weather from February 17th, with clouds and light rain possible in some areas on February 17th and 18th.
On February 4th, temperatures in major cities of Rajasthan experienced significant fluctuations. Ajmer recorded a maximum temperature of 29.7 and minimum 12.3 degrees, Alwar 27.6 and 7.5 degrees, Jaipur 29.1 and 14 degrees and Pilani 30.9 and 8.9 degrees. Sikar recorded 27.5 and 6.5 degrees, Kota 28.7 and 14.4 degrees and Chittorgarh 31.6 and 14.2 degrees. Udaipur recorded 29.2 and 13.2 degrees, Barmer recorded the highest temperature of 35.6 and 15.8 degrees, while Jaisalmer recorded 32.6 and 14.4 degrees and Jodhpur 32.1 and 14.5 degrees. Bikaner recorded 31.4 and 14.1 degrees, Churu 31.2 and 9.2 degrees and Ganganagar recorded 29.4 and 11.5 degrees. The temperature was 30.7 and 7.1 degrees in Nagaur, 27.6 and 11.8 degrees in Baran and 31.5 and 12.8 degrees in Jalore. 26 and 9.8 degrees in Sirohi, 4.5 degrees minimum and 29 degrees maximum was recorded in Fatehpur. 28.3 and 7.9 degrees in Karauli, 29.9 and 7.9 degrees in Dausa, 28.8 and 10.6 degrees in Jhunjhunu and 31.1 and 5.3 degrees in Pali were recorded as temperatures. The effect of heat was visible in the entire state during the day, while cold prevailed in the morning and evening in many cities.
