PM Modi Inaugurates India Mobile Congress 2025, Asia’s Largest Tech and Innovation Event
IMC 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate India Mobile Congress 2025 today at the Yashobhoomi Convention Center in New Delhi. Based on the theme "Innovate to Transform," this is Asia's largest tech and telecom event, with representatives from over 150 countries and over 400 companies participating.

Today, in the morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the ninth edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Center in New Delhi. The event is being organized by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI).
This year's theme is "Innovate to Transform," reflecting India's commitment to digital transformation and social development through innovation.
India Mobile Congress is Asia's largest telecom, media, and technology event. This year, industry experts, policymakers, and tech innovators from around the world will participate. The four-day event will discuss key topics such as optical communications, semiconductors, quantum communications, 6G, and fraud risk indicators.
The event will reflect India's next-generation connectivity, digital sovereignty, and technology leadership.
More than 150,000 visitors and over 400 companies from over 150 countries are participating in IMC 2025. More than 1,600 innovative use-cases will be presented in areas such as 5G, 6G, AI, smart mobility, cybersecurity, quantum computing, and green technology.
The event will feature over 800 speakers and over 100 sessions. Delegations from countries such as Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, Russia, Ireland, and Austria will also participate, marking a major step towards international cooperation.
