Parth Pawar-Linked Company Approaches Court Amid ₹300-Crore Pune Land Controversy
Pune Land Deal Row: Amadia Enterprises LLP, associated with Parth Pawar, son of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, has filed a civil suit in a Pune court seeking cancellation of the sale deed. The case relates to a controversial ₹300 crore deal for 40 acres of government property in the Mundhwa area of Pune.

Amadia Enterprises, being a partnership concern of Parth Pawar, who is the son of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, has made significant progress in connection with the Mundhwa land transaction. The company has filed a civil case against Sheetal Tejwani, who is the power of Attorney holder of the piece of land, with an appeal to cancel the sale deed.
The case is filed by the firm’s partner, Digvijay Patil, through a petition under Section 31 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963. According to the case documents, the next hearing will take place on January 15, 2026.
Recently, the transaction involving the transfer of 40 acres of land in Pune's upscale area of Mundhwa to Amadia Enterprises for Rs 300 crores (approximately $2.5 billion) raised some concerns. An investigation revealed that the land was government property and could not be sold. It is alleged that the firm was exempted from stamp duty of approximately ₹21 crore (approximately $2.5 billion) in the deal.
According to the allegations, Sheetal Tejwani, a power of attorney holder for 272 "original watandars," executed the sale deed despite knowing that the land was government property. Ravindra Taru, the then sub-registrar, is also accused of playing a role in the deal.
