OnePlus has launched its two new smartphones in India today. The company has introduced the new Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 under the Nord 5 series. Android 15 is seen in both of these devices. The company also launched the OnePlus 13s last month, which is a compact flagship device with special AI features.

Simultaneously, now Nord 5 is the company's second phone that comes with a new programmable plus key, whereas the alert slider was observed in its earlier model. Both new phones of OnePlus have 50 megapixel rear camera.

Coming onto the cost, the initial model of OnePlus Nord 5 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is available at Rs 31,999. While 12GB + 256GB variant costs Rs 34,999 and 12GB + 512GB storage variant costs Rs 37,999. The phone is being provided in Dry Ice, Marble Sands and Phantom Gray colors and its first sale will be on July 9 at 12 noon.

At the same time, the base variant of Nord CE 5 8GB + 128GB is priced at Rs 24,999, while the price of 8GB + 256GB storage variant is Rs 26,999. The price of the 12GB + 256GB variant of the device is Rs 28,999. The sale of Nord CE 5 will start from 12 midnight on July 12 during the Amazon Prime Day sale. The company is also offering a bank discount of up to Rs 2000 with some bank cards.

Talking about the specifications of OnePlus Nord 5, the device has a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1,800nits. The device has a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM. Talking about the camera, the device has a 50-megapixel primary camera, which also has Sony LYT-700 sensor and optical image stabilization support.

The primary camera used in this device is also available in OnePlus 13s. The device also gets an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and 120-degree field of view. For selfies and video calls, the device gets a 50-megapixel camera with Samsung ISOCELL JN5 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. The device gets a big 6,800mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging support.

On the other hand, the CE 5 is powered by the powerful MediaTek 8350 Apex chipset with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. Also, this device gives 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1400nits. However, this device has a slightly smaller 6.77-inch AMOLED display as compared to the Nord 5.

In terms of camera, Nord CE 5 is also a great device which has a 50-megapixel camera with Sony LYT-600 sensor and OIS. Also, an 8-megapixel ultra wide camera is seen in the phone.
