The Air Force Chief said this at the combined graduation parade of 213 Officers Course at the Air Force Academy (AFA) in Dundigal, Hyderabad. He said, 'Modern-age war is a dynamic and constantly changing scenario. It is no longer limited to the battlefield. It is increasingly being influenced by complex data networks and advanced cyber technologies.'

He said, "As officers, it is important for all of you to effectively adopt, innovate, and leverage technology to prove decisive in winning the war." Air Chief Marshal Choudhary said that efficiency, aggression, and initiative are the three most admirable qualities in an officer and there is also a need for officers who are also thinkers.

He said, "When you are going to start this extraordinary journey, let the core values of the Indian Air Force - campaign, integrity, and excellence - be your guide." This parade was held on the successful completion of the training of 235 flight cadets of the flying and ground duty branches of the Indian Air Force. These cadets were commissioned by the President.
