A case of attack by miscreants on a hostel in Jaipur has come to light. The miscreants ransacked the hostel campus by abusing them. The attackers fled on a bike after pelting stones at the hostel. The hostel warden registered a case at Gandhi Nagar police station on Thursday. The police are searching for the attackers along with scanning the CCTV footage installed around the crime scene.
Police said that Ramvatar Meena, assistant warden of Meena Hostel, Jhalana Dungri, has lodged the report. It was told in the complaint that the gate of Meena Hostel is closed at 9 pm. After that, no student can enter the hostel without permission. At around 12 o'clock on the night of 26th February, 7 miscreants came on 2 bikes. Entered the hostel campus and ransacked it by abusing it. After which they picked up the stones lying on the road outside and threw them at the hostel.
Broke the windows of the hostel by throwing stones. After pelting stones, the attackers fled on the bike. There is an atmosphere of fear and tension among the students due to the attack on the hostel. Warden Ramvtar Meena alleges that the motive of some people is to spread nuisance and quarrel between other hostels and Meena Hostel. About 15 days ago also, a student of the hostel was beaten up with sticks without any reason. On the complaint, the police registered a report and started searching for the attackers.
