Madhya Pradesh to Gorakhpur will host a nine-day grand yatra in honour of Devi Ahilyabai, the ideal of women
ABVP, Devi Ahilyabai: ABVP's national media in-charge Ashutosh Singh said that through this yatra, women empowerment, and self-governance will be presented among the people by Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar.



The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) is organizing a special yatra from 13 November to 21 November in honor of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar's centenary. 'Manvandana Yatra' is the term given to this yatra. Beginning on November 13 in Madhya Pradesh's Khargone district, Maheshwar, the yatra will end in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Around 1300 kilometers will be covered throughout this yatra, which will include several stops.
ABVP's national media in-charge Ashutosh Singh said that through this yatra, women empowerment, and self-governance will be presented among the people by Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar. This yatra will start from Maheshwar in Madhya Pradesh on 13 November and will reach Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh on 21 November via Indore, Ujjain, Bhopal, Vidisha, Rewa, Prayagraj, Ayodhya.
ABVP 'Manvandana Yatra' was given the form of Maheshwar, the capital of Ahilyabai Holkar. The statue of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar has been installed in it. Seminars, dialogues, exhibitions, and cultural programs will be organized during the yatra at various places and people will be made aware of Ahilyabai Holkar's life through leaflets. This yatra will reach Gorakhpur on 21 November. While Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad is conducting its 70th National Convention, Gorakhpur is getting ready to host it on 22-24 November.
