Make tanning removal pack at home that is chemical-free and effective

• 2 tablespoons soaked gram lentils
• 2 tablespoons gram flour
• 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
• 1 tablespoon tomato juice
• A pinch of turmeric

First of all, grind the soaked gram lentils coarsely in a mixer. Keep in mind that it should not become a completely smooth paste, but should have a slightly grainy texture so that scrubbing can be done properly. Now add gram flour, aloe vera gel, and tomato juice to this coarse mixture. If you want, you can also add a pinch of turmeric to it, which further increases its anti-bacterial properties.

Before applying this scrub, wet your skin slightly. Then, slowly apply the scrub on the body in a circular motion. Keep in mind not to rub the skin too hard. Scrub for a few minutes, then wash it with lukewarm water. After this, apply coconut oil or moisturizer so that the skin remains soft and hydrated.
