Kaushalya Choudhary: From Marwari Cooking Videos to 'Master Chef India' Triumph
Kaushalya Choudhary's talent has been recognized with various awards. In 2022, she was named one of the most influential YouTubers in Rajasthan by Oxford Economics.

Kaushalya Choudhary, a native of Rajasthan, has carved her unique path to stardom by creating cooking videos in her regional Marwari language on her YouTube channel, "Sidhi Marwadi." With millions of viewers hooked to her videos, she has now secured a spot as a contestant on 'Master Chef India.'
Kaushalya hails from Kudi village in the Gopalgarh district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She got married at the young age of 18 and soon found herself shouldering the responsibilities of her new family. Cooking has been a lifelong passion for her, and her culinary skills were highly praised throughout her village.
In 2017, Kaushalya kickstarted her YouTube journey by creating videos in Hindi. However, she didn't find significant success initially. It was her grandmother's advice that led her to switch to creating content in Marwari, her regional language.
Her Marwari videos quickly gained traction, and her channel's subscriber count surged. Today, she boasts over a million subscribers on her channel, marking her as a prominent YouTube figure in the Marwari culinary landscape.
