Indian man fell in love with a Pakistani girl, gave talaq to his first wife over the phone; Police arrested him in this manner
The accused Rehman, a resident of the Churu district of Rajasthan, who married a Pakistani girl, was arrested by the police on Tuesday. The police arrested Rehman at Jaipur airport as soon as he returned from Kuwait. The first wife Farida Bano had lodged a case of giving triple talaq over the phone and dowry harassment. After the case was registered, the police issued a lookout notice against Rehman.
Police arrested Tuesday the accused Rehman, a resident of the Churu district of Rajasthan, who married a Pakistani girl. Police have arrested Rehman at Jaipur airport as soon as he arrives from Kuwait.
The first wife, Farida Bano, had lodged a case of giving triple talaq over the phone and dowry harassment against Rehman. Upon registration of the case, police issued a lookout notice to arrest Rehman.
Farida had lodged a case against her husband Rehman for giving triple talaq on mobile and against her brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, and father-in-law for harassing Farida for dowry. Rehman has been arrested in the triple talaq and dowry harassment case. He said that Farida Bano was married to Rehman Khan of Churu on March 17, 2011.
Afterwards, there had been the birth afterward of a son and a daughter. After a while, Rehman left for Kuwait and settled there. He does business there. Rehman received internet media about a year ago with talks with a Pakistani woman Mehwish. The two married couple informed this to Farida, so she filed a report against Rehman in the police station. Farida conveyed that Mehbwiush, too, had arrived in Churu on a tourists' visa last month.
