Sri Lanka, Australia, and Ireland have progressed to the next stage after emerging victorious from Group A. India and New Zealand have done the same from Group B. Notably, New Zealand has yet to win a match, and both of its matches were abandoned due to rain, but with two points, it has qualified for the Super Six.
This group will feature a match between Bangladesh and the USA, while India and New Zealand will also face each other. While the result of the match between India and New Zealand will have no impact on the Super Six standings, the match between Bangladesh and the USA will determine the 12th team in the Super Six.
