India has an easy draw in the upcoming World Junior Championship. The host and second-seeded Indian team will compete with Hong Kong, Nepal, and Ghana in Group H. The draw was announced by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) on Friday. 37 teams from all over the world will participate in it. The tournament will be held from October 6 to 11 at the National Center of Excellence in Amingaon, Guwahati.

The prestigious Suhandinata Cup (Mixed Team Event) tournament will be staged from October 6 to 11 at the National Center of Excellence in Amingaon, Guwahati. The global junior team competition is returning to India for the first time since 2008 and will feature 37 teams from across the globe.
As per the tournament format, the winner of each group will advance directly to the quarter-finals. The top seeds, Thailand, are placed in Group A along with Denmark, Slovenia, and the Cook Islands. Defending champions Indonesia are in Group C along with Turkey, Romania, and the Netherlands, while 14-time champions China will take on Japan, Singapore, Brazil, and Bhutan in Group E.
